Materials:
Course packets are designed to enable individuals without philosophical training to critically read and evaluate the textbooks. Packets include précis or outlines of chapters, lecture outlines and homework assignments. Both the intellectual writing assignments and the existential experiments are designed to enable the individual to examine a particular philosophy/religion with both the heart and the mind. (Textbooks are to be purchased separately. Some are essential and others are simply recommended supplementary reading).
Homework:
Homework is adjustable to fit individual time constraints and varying levels of
intellectual desirability ("courses are simply for personal enrichment"). You set your own pace in your individual quest.
Potential Locations (if the classroom or a larger discussion group setting is desired):
Mason High School, YMCA Clifton, and Old St. George (Clifton) one night a week.
(Other locations TBA)
